Fez [realia]. 1900-1920

Red felt fez has a large black tassel. "Aladdin" appears in gold on the front, along with the Shriner's logo. There is a pink cotton bag in which the rolled fez can be stored. Text printed on the bag in black reads "ONE / FIRST / QUALITY / FEZ / THE M.C. LILLEY & CO. / SOCIETY & MILITARY SUPPLIES / UNIFORMS, FLAGS, TRIMMINGS / COLUMBUS, OHIO / 7 3/8." Inside the fez there is a large pink label with "WARREN G. HARDING" printed in silver at the top. Below there is a graphic of a woman dancing in a doorway. Around the arch of the doorway is the text "THE M.C. LILLEY & CO. REGALIA MFRS. COLUMBUS, OHIO." The bag has a drawstring closure.
