Inquiring upon the arrival of his Great Dane, Bounce, whom he has given to Orrery; mentioning a request to "answer [his] Noble Neighbours Latin, or hear his English Oratory"; describing a recent visit in the park with the Duchess of Buckingham that left him concerned for her; indicating that he may stay at Orrery's [London?] home in his absence to call upon "Lord Boyle & his Brother"; indicating Cibber's intent to publish a letter to him in which he recalls an unsavory anecdote regarding Pope.
