Warren, Columbia, S.C., congratulating him on the straight A mid-semester record of his son, [Charles] Otis [Warren]; printed program, 1 Dec. 1940, Elks Memorial Service, Columbia Lodge No. 1190; and printed announcement, 16 Sept. 1941, signed by H.H. Henline, National Secretary, American Institute of Electrical Engineers, advising C.O.
