Text of certificate: "These are are to certify that Thomas Clifford Esq. was sworne one of the Gentlemen of His Ma[jes]ties Privy Chamber in Extraordinary to enjoy all Rights and Privilidges thereto belonging. Given under my Hand this one and twentieth day of December 1660. In the 12th yeare of the reign of Our Soveraigne Lord [th]e King."
