Case [realia]. 1921

Rectangular case is covered with brown vinyl with brown leather reinforcers at the corners. The case has a hinged lid, and it closes with brass hardware marked "EAVLE LOCK CO / TERRYVILLE CONN USA." The interior of the case is lined with purple velvet. A purple satin ribbon is attached to the interior of the lid. It is marked with gold text "PRESENTED TO / PRESIDENT WARREN G. HARDING / BY / BUCKEYE HORSE SHOE PITCHERS ASSOCIATION / OF OHIO / MARCH 1921." The box contains a square purple insert with a hole in the center and a U-shaped horseshoe covered in brown leather.
