Plaque made of native Hawaiian wood is painted with yellow flowers, the seal of the territory of Hawaii, and greetings to President Harding lettered in light gold. The plaque is signed by Hawaiian legislators. The greetings are "Aloha to his excellency, Warren G. Harding / The Legislature of Hawaii in Special Session assembled congratulates the nation upon your election to the presidency and extends its hardiest aloha for the success of your administration. Chas. T. Chillingworth President of Senate of Hawaii / H. L. Holstein speaker of the House of Representatives / Chas. A. Rice, H. A. Baldwin, John H. Wise Senate Committee / Larrin Andrews, M.
