Set of cuff links, studs and buttons was made by Cartier around 1920. All items are made of fourteen-karat gold with pearl decorations; all items except the pearl studs have platinum and diamond trim. The set includes four buttons; two cuff links; three round pearl studs with plunger attachments; and three platinum, diamond and pearl studs with plunger attachments. The set comes in a semi-circular, red leather-covered case decorated with gold swags and lined with white silk and plush. The maker's mark "CARTIER" appears on the case inside the lid and on the bottom.
