Ronald R. Hein is a Topeka attorney and former legislator in the Kansas House of Representatives and the Kansas Senate. He is a Republican. Hein earned a bachelor's degree and a J.D. from Washburn University and has practiced law since 1974. He served in the House between 1975-1976 and the Senate between 1977-1984.
