The collection consists of electrostatic and photo copies of newspaper articles, drafts of manuscripts, notes, copies of memoranda and correspondence, transcripts of interviews, copies of radio scripts, and other such materials gathered and created by James Reardon while conducting research on Dr. John R. Brinkley. The collection also includes Reardon's manuscript, "All Is Forgiven, Dr. Brinkley, The True Story of Dr. John R. Brinkley The 20th Century's Greatest Medical Showman."
