The collection consists of government contract projects with the U.S. Navy, logistics technical project reports, contracting manuals, sponsored research project files from various schools, departments, and programs (including the School of Education, School of Engineering, Medical School, National Law Center, Institute for Educational Leadership, Social Research Group, Education Research Project, and logistics), lists of sponsored research awards, Allegany Ballistics Laboratory project files, and reports of the Human Resources Research Organization (HUMRRO). They range in date from 1942 to 1996, and were transferred to the University Archives by the Director of the Department of Sponsored Research. Note: Not all series are processed.
