Concerns 500 acres of land granted to Sir William Becher by Charles I, "[par]cele of six hundred acres of land or pasture ground com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Swynnells being [par]te & [par]cele of the west ffenn scituate lyeing & being within the Hon[or] of Bollingbrook in the County of Lincolne." Assignment of lease for 31 years "under the yearely rent of two hundred twenty and fiue poundes of good and lawfull money of England." Consideration: £110.
