Rosemary Victoria Donatelli, educator, was born on December 25, 1929, in Chicago, Illinois. Donatelli studied music education at Mundelein College, graduating in 1952. Following graduation she worked on her masters at Columbia University, graduating in 1956 with a major in Voice and minors in Musicology and History.
