Contains a compilation of plays, poems, epigrams, sermons and discourses ranging in dates from 1567 to 1620, with each work written in a different hand. Plays include: Antitamicamicategoria / by Andrews Melville, 1604 (v.1, leaves 2-5); Boot and spur, ca. 1615 (v. 2, leaves 19-23); Risus Anglicanus, 1614-1618 (v. 3, leaves 24-43v); A Christmas Messe, 1619 (v. 9, leaves 105-115v); Heteroclitanomalonomia, 1613 (v. 10, leaves 119-133); Periander / by John Sansbury, 1608 (v. 11, leaves 134-157v); Christmas his showe, an abridgment of Ben Jonson's play, Christmas his Masque, 1615 (v. 13, leaves 168-174v); Gigantomachia, or, Work for Jupiter, ca. 1615 (v. 15, leaves 186-200).
