Daniel Lathrop Coit letter book, 1802-1833.

A letter book kept by Daniel Lathrop Coit. Contains business correspondence sent from New York. The verso side of the volume was used as a commonplace book, with a collection of facts including a Connecticut depreciation scale, manufactures of Great Britain, and recipes. Notations were made in the volume as late as 1833.
