A collection of newspaper articles relating to the career of Pat Paige, which was one season in the major leagues and nine seasons in the minor leagues. Articles include game accounts and box scores. A collection of telegrams from Michigan baseball clubs offering Paige money to play for them. A flyer advertising a game between Ionia and Paw Paw, September 4, 1903. An article from 1968 on his posthumous induction into the Elkhart Baseball Hall of Fame.

The youngest of three sons, George Lynn Pat Paige was born on May 5, 1882, in Paw Paw, Michigan. Paw Paw High School began interscholastic baseball in 1897. Pat Paige was the Indians pitcher and got the decision in every game, posting a 5-1 record helped by an offense which averaged over fourteen runs per game.
