The collection consists of records from 1933-2003, however the bulk of the materials cover 1980-2002. Records include Meeting minutes and Agendas (1963-2002), Treasurer's reports (1992-2002), Correspondence (1990-2002), Bulletins (1933-2002), Yearbooks (1969-2002), Scrapbooks (1937-2003), Convention papers (1986-2001), and other various materials. The Scrapbooks also include many materials found in other folders, e.g., yearbooks, bulletins, etc., so there is some duplication within the collection. Also, the order within the binders is chronological by year and includes all types of papers for that year.
