Franklin Wills Hancock, Jr. (1894-1969) was an attorney and politician from Oxford, Granville County, N.C. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, he served under the United States Attorney General (1915-1916), and after being admitted to the bar in 1916, practiced law in Oxford, where he also participated in local Democratic Party activities.
