Arne (b.1931) was a Navy medical corpsman from 1951-1955 and served with the 1st Marine Division, 7th Regiment from 1952-1953. After honorable discharge at the rank of 2nd class petty officer, he served four years in the Oshkosh Police Department before working in promotional marketing sales.
