The collection also contains a printed biographical sketch of botanist and nematologist Nathan A. Cobb by his daughter Frieda Cobb Blanchard; biographical information about herpetologist Frank Nelson Blanchard and an excerpt from his diary describing the 12 Apr. 1908 fire in Chelsea, Mass.; and five postcards of Chelsea after the fire.
