Tall case brass dial clock, ca. 1775.

Tall-case clock. The hood has a cove and ovolo molded pediment with a molded arch above the door, arched sidelights, free-standing turned columns at the front corners, turned columns at the back corners, and a glazed door with an astragal top. Waist with cove molding at the top, a case door with a molded edge and an astragal top. Base with cove and ogee molding at the top, ogee molding at the bottom, a pendant drop and supported on straight bracket feet. Composite brass dial with applied chapter ring with roman hour numerals and arabic minute numerals, applied cast ornament in the spandrels, and a painted scene in the lunette. Inside the chapter ring there is a seconds dial and a calendar aperture. Eight day movement.
