This manuscript collection contains personal notes, collected correspondence, personal correspondence, newspaper clippings, and bibliographic references of Janet Willaims Gould. The pictures, documents and maps document both early habitation in the area, as well as later founding of Corona in the late nineteenth century. Contains copies of many of the Mexican land grant court cases, heard during the break up of the large ranchos following the Mexican-American war. Information on the founding of the town, reminisces of the founders, receipts from early South Riverside Land and Development Company, and photographs are also included. There is little about Janet herself.
