(1) Draft of Samuel Ireland's proposal wholly in the hand of Sheridan, dated June 28, 1795. The agreement states that both men are to abide by the arbitration of Mr. Wallis respecting the terms on which Vortigern [by W.H. Ireland] is to be produced at Drury Lane in the next season. (2) Autograph letter initialled from Sheridan to [Thomas] Greenwood wanting the scenery of Vortigern forwarded as soon as possible. Dated November 18, [1795].
