Autograph letter signed from Albert H. Leith, E. de Chihuahua, Mexico, to William Winter [manuscript], 1895 October 25.

Thanks Winter for sending him copies of his works; describes his life on the "Mexican frontier." On letterhead of El Alamo. Addressed from E. de Chihuahua, Mexico. With accompanying poem entitled "All's Well." Leith writes that these lines were called forth after reading Winter's poem "The Signal Light." First line: Though black and threatening be the sky.
