Letters, 1917-[not after 2003] [manuscript]. 1917-[not after 2003].

Two letters written by General William Birdwood addressed to Miss Millie Rogers, thanking her for sending him some socks she had knitted. The letters were written during the First World War. She was only ten years old at the time. The letters are dated January 15th, 1917 and September 22nd, 1918. Photocopies of the the original letters are also held.
