Autograph letter signed : London, to Noel Moore, 1895 Feb. 4.

Acknowledging that "it is a long time since I have been to see you," but noting that it is too cold to drive with her pony. Looking forward to warmer weather and asking whether Noel has been making snowmen and feeding sparrows. Mentioning that Peter (her rabbit) is very lazy, and describing her attempts to cut his claws. Inquiring after Noel's cat, wondering if he has learned to catch mice. Illustrating the letter with sketches, including one of children building a snowman, one of a rabbits throwing snowballs, and numerous sketches of Peter. Also with sketches of her pony cart, sparrows, Noel's cat and some dolls.
