Detroit attorney. Born in Chicago in 1865, stepson of George P.warren of Clough & Warren, piano mfgrs. He was educated in Germany and at Yale University, started practice of law with Don M. Dickinson in Detroit. After 20 years retired from law to become receiver for Detroit, Toledo and Ironton Railroad until 1912. Connected with many business enterprises and social organizations.
