Photocopies of pension documents for Rebecca Forrest, widow of Uriah Forrest. The documents state that Uriah Forrest entered the service on Dec. 10, 1776, became a Lieutenant Colonel in the First Regiment of Maryland, was in the Battle of Brandywine and the engagement at Germantown, and lost a leg; Rebecca Forrest qualified to receive a pension under 1838 and 1843 Acts of Congress.
