Orthopedic surgeon, born 1900. Peterson received his medical degree from the Washington University School of Medicine in 1926. After a residency at the New York Orthopedic Hospital, Peterson entered private practice in Trenton, New Jersey. In addition, he served on the clinical faculty of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine for almost 30 years.
