Cardiologist, born 1927. Parker received his medical degree from the Washington University School of Medicine in 1952. He served on the faculty of his alma mater for 14 years as assistant and associate professor of Medicine, co-director of the cardiology division, and director of the Adult Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
