Myron Goldsmith (1918-) was born in Chicago, Illinois. B. Sc., Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, 1939. Architect and structural engineer, Office of Mies van der Rohe, 1946-1953. M.S. (Arch.), I.I.T. 1953. Studied in Rome under Pier Luigi Nervi, 1953-1955. Engineer, Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill, in San Francisco, 1955-1958, and architect with SOM in Chicago, 1958-1989.
