Statements of the University of Virginia Committee on Educational Policy and the Budget [manuscript], 1967?

Committee chairman Alfred Fernbach issued a statement on the results of a study of three ROTC programs on the grounds which recommended a maximum of twelve semester hours could be devoted to military studies. A second statement on a new scholarship program which would provide motivated students with limited opportunities the remedial academic work necessary to meet the University's entrance standards.
