Person, in an envelope with a three cents U.S. postage stamp addressed to Mrs. Elisabeth Burton of Weldon, North Carolina; an empty envelope with a three cents U.S. postage stamp postmarked Charlottesville, Virginia and address to Miss Ophelia Rogers; a March 1, 1934, letter from J.T. Chase of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, to Louis T. Dobie of Norfolk, Virginia, appraising and discussing the three cents stamp on the envelope addressed to Burton.
