Papers include a typescript by Faulkner "Impressions of Japan"; an electrostatic copy of a scrapbook compiled by Leon Picon concerning Faulkner's visit to Japan in 1955 as a participant in the Summer Seminar in American Literature at Nagano; a reel of film by Ashford H. Little entitled "Launching of motor ship Minmargony" showing Faulkner supervising its construction; an interview with Jean Stein regarding his writings; a negative photostat of notes taken by R. M. Allen in a 1947 classroom interview at the University of Mississippi, with a letter by Allen, 1954; and the unrevised, uncorrected proofs of "My brother Bill," by John Faulkner.
