Facsimile of autograph letter (unsigned) to George Peabody [manuscript] 28 March 1868. 1868.

Letter expresses Her Majesty's thanks for Peabody's philanthrophy especially to poor of London, and asking him to accept a miniature portrait of herself. The collection also includes a typescript of a Petersburg, Va. school newpaper entitled The Democrat, April, 1842.
