Winston Wilkinson is a black Mormon attorney who works for the U.S. Department of Education. From the description of Oral history, 1986-1987. (Unknown). WorldCat record id: 122486644 Winston Wilkinson was hired in 1934, along with John Stone, by Arthur Kyle Davis, Jr., of the University of Virginia, to transcribe music.
