Ca Ira ledger [manuscript] 1793-1804.

The Cumberland County account book contains 74 folios of a ledger, that appears to be of a plantation store, 1793-1794, and pages of daybook entries, 1801-1804, at Ca Ira, Va. Spine title reads IT &FD Ledger Sp[ringfield?] Mills. The volume contains entries for Virginia governor Beverly Randolph, the local overseers of the poor, two African Americas "Aaron" and "Henry," and members of the Baldwin, Bolling, Page, Pollard, Skipwith, and Thornton families.
