Letters from George Green Shackelford and Donald Harcourt DeLue discuss a small bronze statue of Jefferson given to the University of Virginia Alumni Association in memory of Virginius Randolph Shackelford. The statue is a small version of the one cast by DeLue for Jefferson Parish, La. A photograph of the statue is included. Alumni Association Director Gilbert J. Sullivan is a correspondent.
