Letter to Helena Koiner [manuscript] 1954 Aug. 28.

Heyer thanks Koiner for a birthday card, and discusses a Heyer dinner that Koiner served, enquiring about its faithfulness to Regency style dining and dishes. She comments on the uniform edition of her work and notes that some "very early (& quite appallingly immature) works have been withdrawn from circulation. Heyer hopes Koiner will enjoy "The Toll-Gate" and comments that the Peak Cavern in Derbyshire is the model for the cavern in the book.
