The papers consist chiefly of scenic University of Virginia postcards from University student, Lee Adrian McCardell, class of 1923, to his parents, with personal notations on most. Views included most major University buildings, Monticello, and a fold-out hand-colored panoramic view of the Rotunda and Lawn. Also included are membership forms for the Sigma Epsilon Fraternity with one filled out in the name of Danney Lee Mahood.
