Final report of the commission established 1975 April 23 by President Hereford for the purpose of reviewing Easters Week activities and making recommendations which would upgrade the quality and success of Easters. Included in the report: a history of Easters Week, a chronology of Easters Weekend, 1825-1975; recommendations concerning site, planning, regulations and cleanup; transcripts of oral and written testimony submitted to the commission, including a section on Easters as seen by African American students.
