Correspondence of William Tatham [manuscript], 1790-1811.

The collection contains two letters (1790 February 12 and August 26) from Tatham to Thomas Jefferson concerning maps, histories, and guidebooks of Virginia and the South which he has proposed writing and for which he is currently compiling material. Also: a letter (1811 April 30, Richmond) from Edmund Randolph to Charles Ellis, asking for an extension of time on a debt.
