Papers of William Noland Berkeley.

The collection consists of Berkeley's letters home to his parents from training at Fort Benning, Ga., Ft. McClellan, Ala., and Ft. Huachuca, Ariz., and from duty in England and France until his death in 1944. In subsequent correspondence with officials and Berkeley's friends his parents seek additional information on their son's death and burial. Clippings and a few souvenirs complete the collection.
