The collection contains correspondence of the Graves and Wyatt families, particularly letters from Mrs. Robert A. Graves, Syria, Va., to Walter and Allie Graves Wyatt detailing family news and occasionally mentioning President and Mrs. Hoover at their camp near Rapidan. The bulk of the collection pertains to Wyatt's work as General Counsel to the Federal Reserve Board's Board of Governors and consists of his opinions, reviews, reports, memoranda, analyses of bills, legal cases, regulations, clippings, and summaries of press comments.
