The papers contain manuscripts of the poems, "The necessity for belief," and "Holly and hickory." In three letters Warren responds to a query re several possibilities for publishing some of his work, agrees to inscribe a copy of "Band of angels," and sends regrets that he will not be able to attend a reception for Robert Frost and Elizabeth Shepley Sergeant.
