Henry Lee transfers to Richard Bland Lee the rights to "Memoirs of the War in the Southern department of the United States by an officer of the Southern army in two volumes." A receipt, 1811, states that Henry Lee has received 600 acres of land in Loudoun County from Richard Bland Lee.

Henry Lee III (January 29, 1756 – March 25, 1818) was an early American Patriot and U.S. politician who served as the ninth Governor of Virginia and as the Virginia Representative to the United States Congress.
