Recordings of a public lecture given by Michel Lesage that took place Mar. 18, 1999 at the Canadian Centre for Architecture, Montréal. Lesage, Vice-president for Development, Port de Montréal, discusses the transformation of the working port and the myriad considerations entailed by such a vast project.
