Correspondence to Morley Roberts, ca. 1920.

A. S. Percival reads and responds to Morley Roberts's book Warfare in the human body, apparently at Roberts's request. Percival, in turn, asks Roberts to read an essay in typescript that he refers to as his screed on poetry; in acknowledging Roberts's response, he elaborates on his intentions, and also develops a point related to teleology, mentioning the philosophy of Rudolf Hermann Lotze. One letter is written on letterhead of the Peebles Hotel Hydropathic in Scotland, with a drawing of the facility.
