Handwritten copy of a report from the Lords of the Committee of Council for Hearing Appeals from the Plantations for the Court at Kensington 28 July 1758 concerning the seizure at Jamaica of the Sloop Jupiter, John Boutin, Master, Gideon Cornell, owner, out of Newport, R.I. for violation of the Navagation Act. Appeal is followed by the opinion of the court signed by W. Sharpe.
