Historical note: Law firm; in 1913, Fred A. Sutter established the firm in Bisbee, Arizona. Sutter served in the territorial legislature and State Senate, and was the sole practitioner of the firm from 1913 to 1922. In 1922, he associated with his nephew, Walter Roche. Then in 1928, the firm became Sutter, Roche, and Gentry with the addition of James T. Gentry. Fred Sutter died in 1941and after service in World War II, James' son, Martin Gentry joined the firm.
