Diaries, 1765-1795 / Nathan Goddard.

Nathan Goddard wrote notes about daily events and the weather on blank interleaved pages in various published New England almanacs. These include, but are not limited to: An astronomical diary, or, an almanack ... / by Nathanael Low (1764, 1767,1770) and by Nathaniel Ames (1766, 1771); Bickerstaff's Boston almanack (1773-1774, 1778); Thomas's Massachusetts, New-Hampshire and Connecticut almanack (1779, 1781, 1784-1785, 1790-1791); and The farmer's almanac (1793-1795). Martha Goddard's diary, Nathan's wife, briefly records her activities beginning on her wedding day, 1772 Dec. 15 and maintained periodically until 1781 ([10] p.).
